About Me:

Hi, I’m Pam, founder of Quartz Aesthetics, aesthetic practitioner and qualified menopause wellness coach.

After years of working closely with women in clinic, I began noticing the same conversations coming up time and time again — changes in skin, confidence, body shape, energy, wellbeing and self-identity during perimenopause and menopause.

Having experienced many of these challenges personally myself, I became passionate about understanding the physical and emotional changes women go through during midlife, and how we can better support ourselves through them.

My approach combines menopause wellness education, skin and healthy ageing knowledge, lifestyle guidance and supportive one-to-one coaching in a warm, personalised and non-judgemental environment.

These sessions are designed to help you feel heard, supported and more informed, while offering realistic guidance tailored to your individual needs and goals.
