Cancellation policy

All appointments are secured with full payment in advance. Your treatment appointment is reserved specifically for you. Late cancellations and no show appointments cost precious time and money, so any appointment cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed entirely, will be charged the full cost of the treatment. Thank you for your understanding.

Your privacy

This website does not have accounts. A taster deposit on the LipoFirm page is paid through a payment form provided by Stripe, which handles your card details. Stripe also receives your name, your mobile number, the time you chose and, if you give it, your email address, so it can take the payment and send you a receipt. The chat assistant on this website is automated. What you type into it is sent to Anthropic, the company whose AI model writes the replies, so that a reply can be written. The clinic does not keep a copy of chat conversations and they are not added to any client record, so please do not put medical details in the chat. When you contact the clinic through WhatsApp, phone or email you share information directly with the clinic, and it is used only to arrange and provide your treatment. Consultation records are kept confidentially in line with UK data protection law. The form on the LipoFirm page asks for your name, your mobile number, the area you would like to work on and, if you choose to give it, your email address. These details are kept in the clinic’s client system, which is provided by HighLevel, and are used to reply to your enquiry by text message or phone and to arrange your 15 minute call with Pamela. To stop messages at any time, reply STOP. To see, correct or remove your details, contact the clinic.

Cookies and embedded content

This website sets no cookies unless you choose Accept all on the cookie banner. It keeps one small note in your browser: whether you chose Accept all or Essentials only, so the question is not asked on every visit. If you start paying a taster deposit, it also keeps a note in that browser tab until you close it: the time you pressed pay and, if you chose Accept all, your first name, so the page you return to can confirm your payment and thank you by name. Three things on this website come from other companies, and they are switched off until you choose Accept all:

• Instagram videos, which are provided by Instagram (Meta) and set Instagram’s own cookies when they load.
• The clinic location map, which is provided by Google Maps and sets Google’s own cookies when it loads.
• Advert measurement, which is provided by Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and sets Meta’s own cookies. It starts only if you choose Accept all on the cookie banner. Meta is then told which pages of this website you viewed, whether you started or sent an enquiry on the LipoFirm page, and whether you paid a deposit and its amount, so the clinic can measure its adverts. If you send an enquiry or pay a deposit, your mobile number is also shared with Meta in coded form, so it can be matched to your account. Nothing else from the form is shared.

If you choose Essentials only, none of the three loads and nothing is sent to Meta for advert measurement. The videos and the map each show a link to open them on Instagram or Google Maps instead. You can change your choice at any time with the button below. This website includes Google Maps features and content: the clinic map and, where the page says they come from Google Maps, the clinic’s rating and number of reviews. Your use of them is subject to the Google Maps End User Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. Figures shown as coming from Google Maps are fetched from Google during your visit and are not stored by this website.
