Payment can be made by bank transfer or securely by debit or credit card. Flexible payment options are also available on selected treatment courses - please ask for details.
Before you book
- Appointments are secured with payment in advance.
- If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Appointments cancelled or rearranged with less than 24 hours’ notice, and missed appointments, are subject to the clinic’s late-cancellation charge.
- For prepaid treatment courses, appointments cancelled or rearranged with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, will count as one treatment from the course.
- Your initial 15-minute consultation is complimentary, with no obligation to book.
Late cancellations and no shows cost a small clinic the whole slot, which is why the notice period matters. Ask about anything you are unsure of before you book.
